At Anemone, we are particularly sensitive to the protection of personal data and we are committed to processing them while respecting the privacy of the persons concerned.
For this purpose, we have drawn up this policy in order to inform you of the nature of the personal data that we may collect as well as the reasons and methods of this processing.

4. Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

When you register on our platform, we collect in particular:

the company that employs you.

We collect and process your personal data to meet the following purposes:
allow you to navigate the platform and access Anemone services;
ensure the management and improvement of Anemone services;
ensure the management of our prospects and customers;
prepare invoices and monitor accounting;
manage unpaid debts and disputes;

As part of our working relationships, we collect in particular:
Your identification details (birth and/or marital names, first names, gender, date and place of birth, social security number, personal and professional contact details);

The names, first names and date of birth of your children;
Your union memberships;

For what reasons do we process your personal data?
As part of our working relationships, we collect and process your personal data in order to manage:
payroll;
accounting;
recruitment;
your career, your training and your mobility;
individual allocations in terms of supply, in particular computer and telephone equipment, payment cards, etc., as well as their maintenance;

internal directories and organization charts;
professional elections and meetings of staff representative bodies;

What are the legal bases for processing your personal data?
The legal bases for processing your personal data correspond to:

Your personal data may be transmitted within the group only to employees of our various entities who are legitimate and authorized to process them (examples: accounting, HR department, office managers), as well as to your hierarchical superiors only to the extent necessary for the management of their teams.
We may also transmit your personal data to our subcontractors. In this case, we ensure that they provide the necessary guarantees for the security and confidentiality of your personal data.
We may also be required, by virtue of legal obligations, to transmit your personal data to an administrative or judicial authority or to an authorized body (e.g. social security, tax administration). How long do we keep your personal data?

This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data that we may process as subcontractors on behalf of our customers or third-party companies offering partner services as a Anemone partner or other services accessible from our services.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, taking into account the provisions in force regarding the protection of personal data. The policy is accessible online. Therefore, we invite you to consult it regularly. In the event of major changes, we will inform you when they are implemented.
